maxi at cmu edu, Newell Simon Hall 4211 I've recently graduated from the Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. My thesis, "Cross-cultural Believability of Robot Characters," can be found here. Currently I am attempting to reintegrate into society. My research interests were in human-robot interaction, natural language dialogue and learning. I worked on multi-modal interaction for the Roboceptionist and other robots. My advisor was Reid Simmons. As far as name-dropping goes, I was fortunate to work with a thesis committee that included Michael Agar, Justine Cassell, Illah Nourbakhsh, and Candace Sidner. |
