15-862 Computational Photography: Project #1

Ailgnment of three color channel images

This page shows the results of 15862 project #1. The main goal of this project is to align three color channel images and then produce a single RGB color image. One assumption here is a simple x,y translation model is used for alignment. The codes are writen in Matlab. We use both SSD and NCC matrics for measurement. We also use pyramid to handle the large size images.

For high-resolution images, we resized to 70% of the original images due to the memory limitation and changed the format to JPEG for display.
