Automatic Point Correspondence
Corners are detected using the Harris method. It finds a LOT of points!
Number of correspondence points are significantly reduced (max 500) using Adaptive Non-Maximal Suppression. The homography is then computed using RANSAC to trim the remaining points.

- Alpha blending is hard to do! The Laplacian pyramid only really helps when you need to mask the overlaying of textures that don't quite match. In my case, photos usually align well (when the correct homography is determined) but the lighting may not be the same in each.
