Counting: Good
Containment: You seem to have had the right idea, but you forgot to pad the green boundary. Since it's noisy, there will be gaps in it if you don't do something to account for this. This meant that the boundary ended up not actually enclosing the inner area, and thus nothing was detected as inside. -1
Distance: Good
Freestyle: Good

Part 3:
Shell Game: Your code pretty regularly seg-faulted after pointing at the eggshell for me. If it worked for you, you can show me it working and I'll give you the points back. -2
