			   XXXXXX and XXXXX

XXXXX states that the nurse pulled him in the office and said she
couldn't trust him to take his pills. She told him her nursing license
was on the line because he is refusing medication. He is refusing
because it is holding him up on his program. He also wants to know why
he has to pay more for x=rays when he has them with his doctor and
they can be retrieved. Also he states he was told he would be on
certain medications and was only given the adavan.

XXXXX states he is refusing his medication for the same purpose. He
also says that he started refusing yesterday morning and that they are
putting down that he is taking the medication. He does not want to be
held up because of this.
