We made PPI predictions on all possible Yeast pairs ( 6270 * 6270 ).  

For the files provied here, 'mips' in the filename means that is the
result for co-complex PPI work. 'dips' in the filename means that is 
the resuslt for physical PPI work. 

Note: there is no self interacting
