How do I add or modify an entry?

Adding an entry

First, you should only add entries for alums who have given you permission. Some prefer not to have their names published, usually for entirely honorable reasons.

Select ``Add my entry!'' on the main page. Fill out the form and select ``Submit entry''.

The entry will not immediately appear in the repository. It will first be proofread by the maintainer to put it in line with the others.

Modifying an entry

To change an e-mail address, Web page, or place of residence, or to just update the modification date, find your entry and select the date at the end that represents the date you last entered your data. The form that should appear will allow you to modify the information.

To change the listed name, or to remove an entry, e-mail the maintainer. This only applies if you made a mistake or if you have legally changed your name for marital reasons. (That is, I'm happy to change it, but not for frivolous reasons.)
