  - program incorrectly calculated the bounding box when trimming
    white space from an image
  - add option to turn off white space trimming

2001-07-20

- fixed bug where bounding box was incorrectly computed for rotated
  eps images
- changed old rotate option to be the rotate layout option "-rl"
- new rotate option directly rotates the image data
- adding warning messages to indicate the fact that the program
  does not perform any processing on emebedded JPEG images
  (it just embeds them directly)
