Dear Ms. Orozco:

The office has been retained by Narconon -- Southern California to
prosecute various acts committed and comments made by you which
directly affects its business affairs.

Our client bas provided the undersigned with videotapes of your
presentations to the Newport Beach City Council, beginning on
September 14, 2003.  The tapes provide evidence of blatant lies and
exaggerations which raise the serious issue of your motivation for
your campaign of disparagement.  Assertions that Narconon consists of
"convicted drug addicts and pushers," "illegal things are going on"
constitute slander per se, intended to directly injure our client's
business. These continuing statements obviously were intended to
inflame the concerns of the neighborhood, and your intentional
discrimination also encourages the violation of the Federal Fair
Housing Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Furthermore, several witnesses will testify that you have actually
trespassed onto our client's property to pick through the trash
containers.

On many occasions you have been seen videotaping or photographing the
Narconon facility and its staff members, visitors and students.  Such
intrusions into the personal affairs of our client's staff and
students subjects you to liability for invasion of their privacy.

_Demand is hereby made that you immediately cease and desist from any
further acts of defamation, trespass or invasion of privacy_.  Your
acts will no longer be tolerated and if you persist, our client will
be advised to initiate all appropriate legal proceedings against you.

Please seek the advice of an attorney if you have any questions
regarding this matter.
