Linking Multiple Documents

Unfortunately, you will often have to do this by hand

Try to use similar formats for all your pages

Make sure you include Top, Next and Previous links on each page

The more unobtrusive cross-references you can supply, the better (you want to make it easy for people to read your pages out of order)

Try to reuse icons, since most browsers provide an image cache that works across pages

Programs like latex2html can do this for you, if you're willing to write all your pages in latex.
