- 7 lbs Klages 2-row pale malt
- 2 lbs Klages 2-row pale malt (toasted 20 min @ 350F)
- 2 lbs light crystal malt (20L)
- 1 lb wheat malt
- 1 lb munich malt
- 1 lb cara-munich malt
- 1/4 cup roasted malt
- 3 lb Munton&Fison light dry malt extract
- 3 lb Laaglander light dry malt extract
- 6 oz Fuggles hop plugs (4.2%AA) (60 min)
- 1.5 oz Fuggles hop plugs (30 min)
- 1.5 oz Kent Goldings hop plugs (5.0%AA) (30 min)
- 1 oz Fuggles hop plugs (2 min)
- 1 oz Kent Goldings hop plugs (2 min)
- .5 oz Fuggles hop plugs (dry hop)
- .5 oz Kent Goldings hop plugs (dry hop)
- Wyeast #2035 American Lager Yeast
Mash grain in 14 qts water at 150F for 2 hours. Sparge to collect 7 gals
of wort. Add dry extract. Boil for 2 hours. Ferment at 68F.

FG = 1.028
Bottle age for 1 year.
