The Maple Twins
- 5 lbs Raw Wild Flower Honey
- 1 qt Amber Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp yeast nutrient
- 1 pkg Lavlin EC-1118 champagne yeast
- 1 pkg Red Star Pastuer champagne yeast
- 4 Campden tablets
Mix honey, maple syrup and water to make 2 gallons.
Add to two 1 gallon jugs with crushed Campden tablets.
Let sit uncovered for 24 hours. Add yeast nutrient and
yeast. Aerate well.
