2/3 c. flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tsp vanilla or rum or bourbon 3 c. diced apples Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Dump in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Put in a deep baking dish or souffle dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Serve warm.
