Compare CMOS, non-classical CMOS, at least two memory technologies and two logic technologies (any except coherent quantum) along several different design axes. The section on ERD suggests some important design axes (E.g., pages 49 and tables 66 and 67). Are there other metrics that may be relavant? If so, which are they and why are they important.
