Changing CPU Reserve Parameters

int rk_cpu_reserve_ctl(rk_reserve_t rsv, cpu_reserve_attr_t cpu_attr attr)

Changes the properties of existing CPU reservation rsv (eg. computation time and period) according to attr.

Returns RK_SUCCESS on success and RK_ERROR on failure.
