A forward time reference is calculated using the dialog date as a frame of
reference.
Let F be the most specific field in
TUcurrentless specific than time of day
(e.g., the date field).
The resolvent is the next F after the dialog date, augmented with
the fillers of the fields in
TUcurrent that are at least as
specific as
time of day.

Following is an example. Assume that the dialog date is
Monday 19 August.
