Grading criteria

Your solutions and commentary will be graded by the following criteria:

• Whether or not the resulting system performs as required.

• Use of architectural style in the assignment.
• Your understanding of the kinds of changes easily supported by the architecture.
• Clarity and completeness of architectural and problem frame diagrams.

In particular, the grade will be broken down as follows (100 points maximum):

• the program: 40 points,
• questions 1-2: 6 points each,
• question 3: 20 points,
• questions 4-7: 7 points each.

Late commentaries will be accepted and penalized. Late assignments will have 10 points deducted for each day that the assignment is late (ie, you have up to 24 hours after the beginning of class to turn in the assignment and only lose 10 points).
