ABSTRACT
Now that you have the job, you'll be asked to sign employment contracts, statements of confidentiality, or other legally binding documents. And what about youe intellectual property rights? What does this all mean and how will these documents impact your ability to move within a company and to leave a job altogether? Take this opportunity to learn about your rights and those of your employers... and to better understand what contracts are all about. Discussion is welcome!
