Activate (2009-2012)
Open to all high school STEM teachers in Pittsburgh and the surounding Appalachian Region in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Western Maryland. This NSF funded summer program ran for 4 years

Women@SCS (see Outreach section for Roadshow template)

A CMU program designed to create, encourage, and support academic, social, and professional opportunities for women in computer science and to promote the breadth of the field and its diverse community.
Computer Science Teachers Association
The Computer Science Teachers Association is a membership organization that supports and promotes the teaching of computer science and other computing disciplines. CSTA provides opportunities for K-12 teachers and students to better understand the computing disciplines and to more successfully prepare themselves to teach and learn.
National Center for Women and Information Technology (NCWIT)
The National Center for Women & Information Technology is a non-profit community of more than 300 prominent corporations, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-profits working to increase women's participation in technology and computing. NCWIT helps organizations recruit, retain, and advance women from K-12 and higher education through industry and entrepreneurial careers by providing community, evidence, and action.
ACM: Computer Degrees and Careers (pdf)
A new brochure from ACM for students in K-12 that describes the various career options available to students who study computer science and related disciplines in college.
