Command-line page fetchers

I've hacked CERN's linemode Web browser into a non-interactive page fetcher with a very simple interface. The syntax for invocation is:

   % www <URL>

The browser is written in C. Currently I've compiled it for:

I'll port it to additional platforms as I get requests.
