To Install
=========
Download Doodle.msi and setup.exe
Click on setup.exe

To Run
======
Find Doodle shortcut on desktop or program menu
Click on it

To Use
=======
Doodle Premier uses WMV (windows media video) files.
There are number of short WMV files available at
http://www.amd.com/us-en/Corporate/VirtualPressRoom/0,,51_104_572_585,00.html
You can also convert any video to this format by using a converter

Use Cases
=========
Doodle Premier is intended to be used as a simple way to annotate a video.
This is ideal for short videos and videos where scenes changes slowly
(eg: observing a chemical reaction)
Doodle Premier is not approprite for fast moving videos.
You can also pause and annotate. but in the playback mode video will not pause.
You will have to manually pause it.

Annotations
===========
Annotations can be saved and uploaded as needed. Annotation files are saved 
separately from the video.

Technical
==========
We have tested this on Windows XP (Tablet PC version) and Vista
and seems to be working well. if you have any problems, please
