- Code is violated when:
- Engineer is not thoroughly informed regarding the independent enterprise
OR
Engineer does not have a positive belief about the independent enterprise
- Code is not violated when:
- Engineer is thoroughly informed regarding the independent enterprise
AND
Engineer has a positive belief about the independent enterprise
