Engineers having knowledge of any alleged violation of this Code shall cooperate with the proper authorities in furnishing such information or assistance as may be required.

Code is relevant when:

Engineer knows of an (alleged) violation of the code

Code is violated when:

Engineer does not cooperate with the proper authorities in furnishing information or assistance

Code is not violated when:

Engineer cooperates with the proper authorities in furnishing information or assistance
