(Vegan) Tofu Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 16 oz (450g) silken tofu
- 10 oz (280g) melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 c to 1/2 c (60g-120g) maple syrup
Process
- Blenderize everything until smooth
- Refrigerate until set
Variations
- Add a tablespoon of dried coffee/espresso
Analysis
The chocolate/tofu seems to be a magic combination. The tofu
seems to provide just the right smoothness, and when the chocolate
cools, it firms the tofu up just enough. Unfortunately, this seems
to make other flavors besides chocolate more difficult. There must
be a way...
