Separation of activated sludge from purified waste water by induced air flotation.part of the Dissolved-Air Flotation bibliography of the Reef Aquarium Information Depot |
This paper discusses an air-injection nozzle that shares the same basic architecture with the Beckett fountain head that many hobbyists use in protein skimmers. The paper discusses the hydrodynamics of the nozzle, and derives the optimal operating conditions for it.
