January 4, 2007: Narconon attorney sweetens the offer a little, but wants a gag agreement.
January 10, 2007: Narconon attorney reaches a deal with Beha, but Narconon fails to approve it in time, so the deal is off.
January 15, 2007: Narconon offers to refund $16K on 01-11-2007 (PDF), but with an outrageous gag order (PDF).
Greg refused the offer; he is insisting on a full refund and preparing to go back on the Vince Daniels show..
Victory!!! Greg got his full refund on January 25, 2007.
