INTRODUCTION
1. This action arises out of the sale of Plainteiff's interest in two substance abuse
rehabilitation facilities to Defendant Per A. Wickstrom (hereinafter "Per
Wickstrom"), Defendant Per Wickstrom has defaulted in his obligations under
the Agreements with Plainteiff; further, Per Wickstrom's related corporations have
also defaulted in their obligations to Plaintiff (TIA Corporation (herinafter
"TIA") and Narconon Stone Hawk Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (hereinafter "Stone
Hawk")). Finally, Defendent Narconon International (herinafter "Narconon"), a
licensor of the rehabilitation facilities, has upon information and belief, conspired
with Defendant Per Wickstrom in the several, respective breaches of Defendants
Per Wickstrom, TIA and Stone Hawk.
