This file is a list of future features of the default-rule mechanism.

The system should support several "special" variables in the default
rules, including the boolean "startup" variable (which is "true" when
starting the system), number of "equipment" preferences for an event
(integer), and number of "service" preferences for an event (integer).

The system should have defaults for all fields of all possible
requests, including the defaults for preferences, preference weights,
penalties, and request weights.
