If you are unable to Sign In to the tutor:
  • Check your username and password
  • Review our detailed Sign In instructions here
 

If you are unable to see a tutor problem
 (nothing appears in the blue box once you start a lesson):
  • Try refreshing your browser
  • Try using another browser on your computer
  • Try running this wizard to see if your computer is able to run the tutor
 
If you have trouble completing a tutor problem:
  • Review the instructions for using the tutor on the page for that tutor
  • Start here and find the name of the tutor you are using on the left in the Modules menu
