image_call: Frequently-asked questions
I accidentally typed "image_call" on a gel I have already
allele_call'ed. It re-constructed the manifold even though my
"Redo_manifold" was set to "no".
After that, when I tried to "allele_view" the gel, it says that the
gel has not been genotyped. What happened?

- The "Redo" settings are for controlling "allele_call"'s
operations. If you invoke any of the other independent programs like
"image_call" (or "prep_call") explicitly, FAST-MAP assumes that you
wish to execute the corresponding operation and ignores the "Redo"
settings.
- When you re-execute an operation, all the results that are
dependent on that operation will be treated as obsolete. For example,
if you re-construct the manifold, then the previous quantitation and
genotyping results will be considered obsolete since the sizing may
have changed. In this case, you need to call allele_call to
re-analyze the gel again.
