Jeongwoo Ko, Ph.D.

I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University. My major was Computer Science and my specialization was Language and Information Technologies. At CMU, I have worked on the JAVELIN project with Prof. Eric Nyberg, Prof. Teruko Mitamura, Prof. Jaime Carbonell, and Prof. Jamie Callan.

Currently, I am working on information retrieval at Google.

Research interests: Information retrieval, Question answering, Secure enterprise search, Natural language processing, Machine learning, Graphical models, Entity extraction, Multimodal mobile dialog system
