Pittsburgh — 26 February 2001

We touched down in Pittsburgh early in the morning. Between our whacked-out body clocks and the crowded plane, we didn’t get much sleep on the flight, but we were happy to be back home and no longer in transit. After our final taxi ride of the trip (Hey! These American cabs cost way more than New Zealand cabs do!) we stumbled home, showered, started to catch up on bills and other mail, and passed out until early evening. It would take us a few days (Jen: it took me about a month) to recover from the jetlag, but it was a small price to pay for our delightful honeymoon in New Zealand.
