Kevin R. Dixon

I finished my PhD in January of 2004. I will be taking a position at Sandia National Labs.

Previously, I was a grad student in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Pradeep K. Khosla and the brilliant people of the Advanced Mechatronics Laboratory. My current Ph.D. research revolves around theoretically justified algorithms for predicting future human actions based on prior behavior. These algorithms have been used to reduce the time required to program industrial robotic tasks, such as arc welding. My current funding comes from the ABB Corporation.

Here is my Curriculum Vitae in gzipped Postscript and PDF formats.
