Proof of Relativity

a short proof of the
relativity of time
without recourse to
formulas or figures:

three days is typically
a jumbled blur of
workeatsleepworkeatsleep
passing faster than light
and softer than snow

but three days without you
not kissing your neck
not tasting your lips
not stroking your lovely body

three days of daydreams distracting
thinking lonely thoughts
and listening to lonely songs
three days without you
is
  an
    eternity
