bib2html: This is a perl script which converts BibTeX files into web pages (via XML and XSL). There are quite a few options controlling how the output looks, and you can write your own XSL. I use this to generate my online list of publications. It's also used by my research group CORAL, my old officemate (now at Rice), and Peter Stone.
The project is now hosted on sourceforge, so go there for current information.
pfrslides: The is a LaTeX class file which helps in producing high-quality presentations using (pdf)latex. It's designed to work with both latex and pdflatex, though more features are available with pdflatex. It's based on the foils class, and provides various bells and whistles on top of that. In addition, it's designed to work with PPower4 for producing various effects like incremental slide builds and transitions effects between pages.
