As of 8/98, I don't have complete electronic versions of my UC Berkeley
technical reports.
There are TIFF and GIF versions of these technical reports on the web
here
but these are rather clumsy to work with, so if you want to really
read these tech reports, I recommend ordering a printed copy.
It will cost you a few dollars.
