The radial depth of cut should be less than 0.25
of the diameter of the end mill.

The radial depth of cut should be no more than
0.9 diameter, width of cut less than 0.1 diameter.

The radial depth of cut equal to the
diameter on the end mill.

Use tool with center cut type.
