Accelerators

The simulation league has a long history at Carnegie Mellon. Peter Stone and Manuela Veloso were around right from the beginning in 1997 and we have (almost) continuously been involved ever since. Patrick Riley has recently been very involved in the coach league and much of the recent work here focuses on that.
Currently, we are not participating. Patrick Riley has recently graduated. You can see his thesis webpage for recent code releases.

(4/07/2004) Another updated binary of the Wyverns coachable agents is being provided for those in need of it. It fixes a bug that existed with the player's execution of coach dribble advice.

(2/6/2004) Coachable agent communication standard.
- We have proposed and had accepted a standard for communication among coachable agents.
- We are also providing a C++ library for generating and parsing messages in this standard.
(11/10/2003) Another updated version of our coachable player. The previous version was crashing when home regions were redefined. Once again, you will need to combine this with the conf files from the competition download site or the coachable team release site. Thanks to Rafal Zboinski for finding this bug.

CLangLib library for parsing, storage, and use of CLang messages. This is based up the rcssclangparser libraries from RCSoccerSim and the UvA Trilearn source.
