As this is a holiday weekend, please allow plenty of extra time for
traffic.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from the
Taunton Holiday Inn): Allow 30 minutes.
- From the Holiday Inn lot, you can only turn right.
Go RIGHT and then make a U-turn, and take this until you reach the light
at Bay Street. At the light, it is best to be in the center lane even though
you will turn LEFT.
- Take right exit for I-495 South toward Cape Cod.
- On I-495 take the first exit (exit 8 for Rte 138), and at the end
of the ramp, turn LEFT/North towards Stoughton.
- Follow route 138 for close to 12 miles to center of
Stoughton where it is called Washington Street. (Be careful not to miss
a slight turn to the LEFT after about 5 miles.)
- At the center of town (a stop sign), turn RIGHT onto Pleasant
Street/ Route 139. (Do not make a sharp right turn.) Note: not all directions
have a stop sign at this intersection.
- The church will be on your RIGHT (about 2/10 of a mile).
Turn right in to the church. Use the first entrance to the horseshoe driveway
and go to the parking lot behind the church.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from Boston Logan airport):
Approximately 30+ minutes.
- Follow signs to Interstate 93 South (through Sumner Tunnel).
There is a $2 toll at the tunnel and it is best to be in the right hand
lanes at the toll booth.
- I-93 becomes the Southeast Expressway. Follow
signs for I-93 and US 1 South towards Dedham.
- Take exit 2A for Route 138 South.
- Follow Route 138 South about 6 miles to center of Stoughton.
- In the center of Stoughton, turn hard LEFT onto Route 139/
Pleasant Street.
- The church will be on your RIGHT (about 2/10 of a mile).
Turn right in to the church. Use the first entrance to the horseshoe driveway
and go to the parking lot behind the church.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from Providence Green airport):
Approximately 60 minutes.
- Get on I-95 North.
- Follow I-95 North into Massachusetts.
- Take exit 8, for S. Main St, Sharon/Foxboro.
- Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp and merge.
- Follow this road for 8 miles to the center of Stoughton. (After 4
miles S. Main St becomes Rte 27 South.)
- In the center of Stoughton, Rte 27 turns RIGHT onto Washington St/Rte
138. (After making turn, get into left lane.)
- After about 100 yards make a hard LEFT onto Pleasant St/Rte
139.
- The church will be on your RIGHT (about 2/10 of a mile).
Turn right in to the church. Use the first entrance to the horseshoe driveway
and go to the parking lot behind the church.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from North of Boston):
Either:
Get on I-93 South. South of Boston, I-93 becomes the Southeast Expressway.
Follow signs for I-93 and US 1 South towards Dedham and Providence. Eventually,
take Exit 2A for Route 138 South.
Get on I-95 South. After Wellesley and Dedham, continue on the main highway
onto I-93 (do NOT take the I-95 exit to Providence). Take exit for Route
138 South.
THEN - Take exit for Route 138 South.
- Follow Route 138 South about 6 miles to center of Stoughton.
- In the center of Stoughton, turn hard LEFT onto Route 139/
Pleasant Street.
- The church will be on your RIGHT (about 2/10 of a mile).
Turn right in to the church. Use the first entrance to the horseshoe driveway
and go to the parking lot behind the church.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from West of Boston (eg. Albany,
NY)):
- Take I-90 East into Massachusetts. I-90 becomes the Massachusetts
turnpike and is a toll road.
- Take I-90 to I-95 South, and follow I-95.
After Wellesley and Dedham, continue on the main highway onto I-93 (do
NOT take the I-95 exit to Providence).
- Take exit for Route 138 South.
- Follow Route 138 South about 6 miles to center of Stoughton.
- In the center of Stoughton, turn hard LEFT onto Route 139/
Pleasant Street.
- The church will be on your RIGHT (about 2/10 of a mile).
Turn right in to the church. Use the first entrance to the horseshoe driveway
and go to the parking lot behind the church.
Directions to the Methodist Church (from South of New England):
- Take I-95 North into Massachusetts.
- Follow directions from Providence Green airport.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from
the Methodist Church): Allow 30 minutes.
- From the back parking lot of the church, turn RIGHT on to
Seaver St.
- At the end, turn LEFT on to Park Street and then
a QUICK RIGHT onto Walnut Ave (at Faxon Park). The street ends after
1/10 mile and turns to the RIGHT.
- At the end of this street, turn LEFT on to Washington St. (Rte 138).
- Follow Washington St (Rte 138) for about 12 miles to I-495.
- Get on I-495 North and follow for one exit.
- Take Exit 9 for Bay Street. Turn LEFT at end of ramp, cross
over highway, and go to lights.
- Turn RIGHT on to Myles Standish Blvd/Industrial Park Road.
- Hotel will be on your RIGHT. There are two parking
lots at the Holiday Inn - one before the hotel, and one after. The
lot AFTER the hotel is closer to the reception area.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from I-495):
On I-495, take Exit 9 for Bay Street.
Traveling North: Turn LEFT and go to first set of lights.
Traveling South: Turn RIGHT and go to first set of lights.
Turn RIGHT onto Myles Standish Blvd/Industrial Park Road.
The Holiday Inn will be on your RIGHT.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from Boston Logan airport):
Approximately 55 minutes.
- Follow signs to Interstate 93 South (through Sumner Tunnel).

- Follow Rte 24 South to exit 14B for I-495 North towards
Worcester.
- On I-495, take Exit 9 for Bay Street. Turn LEFT at end
of ramp, cross over highway, and go to lights.
- Turn RIGHT onto Myles Standish Blvd/Industrial Park
Road.
- The Holiday Inn will be on your RIGHT.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from Providence Green airport):
Approximately 45 minutes.

- Follow I-95 North into Massachusetts.
- Take the I-495 South exit - exit 6A towards Taunton.
- On I-495, take the Bay St. exit - exit 9.
- Turn RIGHT and go to first set of lights.
- Turn RIGHT onto Myles Standish Blvd/Industrial Park
Road.
- The Holiday Inn will be on your RIGHT.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from North of Boston):
- Take I-93, Route 3, or I-95 into Massachusetts.
- Get on I-95 South. After Wellesley and Dedham, I-95
exits to the right towards Providence, Rhode Island. Be sure to take this.
- Take the I-495 South exit - exit 6A towards Taunton.
- On I-495, take the Bay St. exit - exit 9.
- Turn RIGHT and go to first set of lights.
- Turn RIGHT onto Myles Standish Blvd.
- The Holiday Inn will be on your RIGHT.
Directions to the Taunton Holiday Inn (from West of Boston (eg. Albany,
NY)):
- Take I-90 East into Massachusetts. I-90 becomes the Massachusetts
turnpike and is a toll road.
- Take the I-495 South exit towards Taunton.
