Recipient of the PADMA BHUSHAN National Award
On India's Republic day, celebrated January 26, the President of India conferred this, the highest of National Awards. In addition to Dr. Reddy, other notable recipients from the United States included Professor John Galbraith, former US Ambassador to India, and Dr. Arun Netravlli, President, Bell Labs. The award will be presented in the spring by the President in New Delhi.
