2007 Design Research Summer School

Application

Through the generous support of the National Science Foundation, we are able to offer a limited number of scholarships for the Design Summer School.

To apply, send a mail to Kari Samuels (kari+@cs.cmu.edu) with the following information:

• your planned research topic;
• a short (50 word) abstract of your research interests;
• how far along you are in your PhD research;
• your program, department and school affiliation; and
• your advisor's name and contact information.

You will receive an email regarding acceptance and will be sent further details about travel, lodging etc.

Travel grants

Grants of up to $350.00 are available to help cover travel and lodging expenses. Please include a budget and justification for expenses with your application if you would like to be considered for a travel grant.
