This folder contains the source code for
  1. Matlab code for the Full variational inference for HBLR models.
  2. Matlab code for the partial MAP inference.
  3. The c++ code for the parallel partial MAP Inference using openmp
  4. TO BE RELEASED: The Java code for parallel partial MAP inference on Hadoop

I understand that the current source-code is pretty unreadable. I hope to work on it sometime soon !.
