FeatureSet method: cut

Syntax: <feature set> cut <feature> <source> <from> <to>

Example: fs cut adc1 ADC 200ms 800ms

The new feature with the name <feature> is created with data of feature <source> taken from the given range. <from> and <to> must be in the FeatureSet time format.
