How to prepare for that big talk with your advisor.
My area of research is low power computing. For my Ph.D. work, I integrated models of battery behavior and models of system performance in order to increase the amount of computing that can be performed in a battery life. The group I worked loosely with is the Wearable Computing Group in the Institute for Complex Engineered Systems (ICES).
Feel free to visit my recreational page, with my photo album, homebrewing links, and other non-professional items.
