WEI KE
I am a postdoc at the Human Sensing Laboratory in Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), working with Dr. Dong Huang. I recieved my Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) advised by Prof. Qixiang Ye and Prof. Jianbin Jiao, and B.Eng. degree from Beihang University (BUAA) advised by Prof. Jing Wu in 2018 and 2011, respectively.
My reserach interests lie on object detection, pedestrian detection and deep learning. Nowadays, I mainly focus on activity recognition with deep learning approaches.
News
- May. 2018: One co-author paper is accepted by T-ITS.
- Mar. 2019: Two co-author paper is accepted by CVPR 2019, one as oral and one as poster.
- Jul. 2018: One paper is accepted as poster by ECCV 2018.
- Jul. 2018: I get my Ph.D. Degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
- Mar. 2018: I arrive at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) as a Postdoc fellow.
- Nov. 2017: I am doing an internship at MSRA.
- Oct. 2017: One paper is accepted by Pattern Recognition Letters.
- Sep. 2017: I get travel grant by ICCV (Doctoral Consortium).
- Jul. 2017: We get a first and a second prizes in Challenge of Detection symmetry in the Wild in conjunction with ICCV.
- Apr. 2017: My first CVPR paper "SRN: Side-output Residual Network for Object Symmetry Detection in the Wild" is accepted as Oral by CVPR 2017.
- Mar. 2017: Two papers are accepted by CVPR 2017.
