Biological Experiment
We also conducted biological experiments to validate our prediction on the activity levels of biological process: ＾GO:0000082 G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle￣. Experiments are conducted over strain 316, with 0.3 mM H2O2 stimulus. The results are summarized below.
