The following images were taken in Shenley park near Carnegie Mellon Univ. The road was painted recently, and small particles (tiny glass beads?) in the paint reflect sunshine just as water droplets do. The left image is a mosaic of 4 video frames to show the whole ring. Both are slightly enhanced to reveal the color seen by eyes. 1999/9/23 10:30 EDT.
