22-degree halo around the sun, and a sundog

2003/3/18 09:25 EST A faint 22 degree halo around the sun, and a (detached) sundog to the right. Later that day around noon there was an upper tangent arc above the sun, but the 22 degree halo had disappeared. Nikon coolpix 995 digital camera.
