We were camping at the Jenny lake campground in the Grand Teton national park, Wyoming. Our site had a great west view of snow mountains and I got up really early (around 5:30 local time) to capture this sequence of pictures from our tent. I especially like the progress of pink color on mountain tops in the first few photos... The large mountain is Teewinot, and the 'small' peak to the left is the Grand Teton (13,770 feet). Three deers were wondering around our tent during that time, although they didn't walk into the camera's view. The photos were separated roughly one minute apart except for the last two. Canon SureShot 60zoom camera, Fuji 200 negative. 2000/6/3.
