The lecture will discuss how various analytic tools are used in a trading environment from the end-user's perspective. Rich/Cheap analysis within the Mortgage-Backed Securities Market will be used to illustrate various methodologies. Methodologies discussed will include: option adjusted spreads (OAS), historical relationships and total rate of return.
